A TASTE OF THE PHILIPPINES
Our story was sparked at the family grill, the "parilya" that inspired our name. As a family-owned and operated small business, we introduced Northeast Ohio to its first Filipino food truck in 2019, sharing cherished recipes from our home kitchen. Each dish was a heartfelt invitation to experience what we proudly call our heritage.
That invitation was embraced with open arms. The success of our family-run food truck, winning both the People's Choice and Judge's Pick awards at the 2025 Crocker Park Food Truck Challenge along with the Best Dish award at the 2025 Cleveland Asian Festival, built the foundation for our next chapter.
Today, in our Olmsted Falls brick & mortar, our family's legacy continues through an expanded menu, Cleveland's first Filipino bakery and café, and dedicated catering, all serving a deeper, more authentic Taste of the Philippines.
